a "furever" family.

This is Garam, a six-year-old male beagle. He was pulled from a kill pound by Beagle Rescue Network in Korea about a year ago.

Garam loves attention from people. He recently spent three months in foster care. In the beginning of his foster period, Garam had some mild separation anxiety, whining and scratching the door; however, the foster parents worked with him until he could be left alone comfortably. He might need a readjustment period in a new place. We can share how his fosters worked with Garam to help him understand they are coming back. Sadly, Garam was debarked by a previous owner.

Garam is friendly with people but has not been tested with cats and children. He is stressed by the other dogs in the shelter. No aggression, but he is not interested in interacting. We believe Garam will be happiest as the only pet in the home. Garam is neutered, up to date on all vaccines and Heart Worm negative.

Garam wants to have a forever home and to be someone’s best friend.
